When you start the game you start at "Trainee" rank which is a smiley face(on the left).As you play more games you earn experience and game points, it takes a certaint amount of experience to rank up to a new rank or to a new stage in the same rank. As you rank up you will unlock new previllages such as joining a clan or making a clan and also unlock new guns you can buy to be used in games.
